Michael and his team did an excellent job for me and were instrumental in the process. They were attentive to my requirements and needs and very accommodating with all aspects of the process from working with my schedule to negotiating the contracts, scheduling inspections and following up on items without prompting and making sure that I was always up to date on the status of things. They worked well with the other realtor, my lender and the title company, which became extremely beneficial when I needed to move my closing date up by several days. They made what is a very time consuming and stressful process much easier to deal with and navigate.

So we started looking for a house a while ago, our first experience was bad because we did not have the right realtor. I contacted Michael and Emily Millet to help us out and it was amazing from the get go! They really listened to what we wanted and what would work in our budget! They weren’t pushy like the first guy, they even spent hours with us doing house walk throughs and never complained if in the end we did not like the house. They were 100% positive! Looking for an amazing realtor than look no further. Michael and Emily are fantastic. We were recently in the market to buy a house and get out of our tiny apartment.
We had no idea where to start, and got in contact with Michael and he made us feel like family. We never felt rushed to put bids in, and we were able to take our time when we were available to look at houses.
If Michael was doing another showing and Emily was available to show us a house then they were able to make it work out for us with our busy schedule. We had a lot of questions and concerns about buying our first home, and they were able to ease our worries and answer all our questions. If their was a question about a house and he didn't have an answer then he took the time to figure out an answer for us.
After we bought our home we had questions and he still made himself available to us and got answers for our questions.
